Every morning, I woke to the delicious scent of my mom’s Asian breakfast burrito. I would hear the sizzling of homemade potstickers and the chop, chop, chop of fresh green onions. My mouth would water at the thought of my awaiting breakfast: eggs, green onion, and potstickers wrapped in a warm tortilla and topped with my mom’s secret sauce.
